I decided I wanted to stop taking medication for hypertension and anxiety. So I did research and also watched a great documentary on Netflix called The Game Changers. This definitely helped me make the decision to go vegan. I have noticed such a difference in my overall health. I noticed that I had more energy during my workouts. I’m sleeping better. My blood pressure has gone down.
I connected with vegan groups for support, plus I also received great advice from Tabitha Brown. My gym family at Vasa also played a big part in keeping me focused on my workouts during this journey.
