Time for yourself

Sometimes you need to just disconnect and enjoy your own company.

It’s in that quiet time that you can really start to think about all the things you have done or have put to the side for later.

This quarantine has helped me to reevaluate my health, life and my income. I really enjoy going to the gym, but since all gyms have closed, it has been a challenge with my normal daily routine. But I have made the best of the situation.

I decided to make some changes in the way that I eat. I was introduced to intermittent fasting which actually works for me. So I fast 16 hours and eat within an 8 hour window. I love to cook and prepare my meals for the week. This makes life so much easier when your organize.

I made the choice to live my life stress free. Some people might think that’s impossible, but it’s really easy if you change your mindset. Daily affirmations are very important to say out loud, this allows you to speak things into existence.

I enjoy morning and evening meditation. Starting your day on a positive note just sets you up for a great day. Before bed I listen to meditation that clears up any unwanted thoughts from the day. And I’m able to deposit positive things while I’m sleeping.

Some say money is the root of all evil. If you use your money wisely, then you shouldn’t have a problem. Unfortunately most people only have one income, which I know has crippled a lot of people financially during this situation.

I have learned from my mentors that you need to have multiple streams of income. I’m currently working a full time job, which my goal is to retire soon. I also trade in the Forex Market, which has become an amazing skill set to have.

In an effort to be of greater value to others regarding health, I recently plugged in with an all natural, plant-based, organic online herb/supplement shop. This has been a wonderful addition to earning some extra income.

So take some time disconnect and see what it is you really want out of your life.
